Here are a couple of piece I think that in one way or another got me into the Graphic Design Program.
This is a promotional postcard and a business card I created for Olivia's Cafe. It's a neighborhood cafe in the East Atlanta Village. They serve brunch in the mornings and afternoons on the weekends and are working on having bands come and play at the cafe at nights.
This is the logo that I created for the cafe.
We had a book cover project in Intro to Graphic Design where we had to create a book cover for a book that we had read. I ended up doing James Frey's A Million Little Pieces. I used a black and white contrast for the cover to convey the dark and gruesome material covered in the book.
For Intro Typography we had to create a movie poster incorporating the grid system along with keeping it typographically driven. I thought this was one of my strongest pieces because of the spacial relationships between the guns in the background working harmoniously with the text information.
